INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 100g dried squid strips
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare 100g of dried squid strips and cut them into bite-sized pieces using scissors. For kids, cut them into smaller pieces.
Shake the squid strips in a sieve to remove any small crumbs for a cleaner dish.
Mix the squid strips with 1.5 tbsp of mayonnaise and let them sit for a while to make them more flavorful and moist.
In a cold pan or wok, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Mix the ingredients well, then turn on the heat and let it simmer briefly.
Turn off the heat and add the prepared squid strips to the pan. Stir-fry briefly without turning the heat back on to avoid burning the sauce or toughening the squid.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well and adjust the seasoning with more soy sauce if needed.
Plate the dish beautifully and enjoy!
