INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 174g ground beef
Seasoning
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
PASOS
Prepare 174g of ground beef.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame seeds and perilla oil. Marinate the beef in the mixture for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Stir-fry the marinated beef over high heat.
Cook until 90–95% of the moisture has evaporated.
Add 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp perilla oil. Mix well before serving.
