INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 400g rice cakes
- 2 sheets fish cakes
- 🧅 1 handful green onions
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1 handful carrots
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 300ml water
PASOS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Slice the onion into thick pieces.
Cut the green onions into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the carrots. Cut one side flat for stability while slicing.
Prepare the fish cakes by cutting them into desired shapes.
Heat a pan with enough oil and stir-fry the vegetables over medium heat.
Add water, sauce ingredients, rice cakes, and fish cakes to the pan.
When the sauce is 90% absorbed, drizzle sesame oil over the dish.
Stir-fry everything briefly and serve hot.
