- 1 handful chives

Blanch the soybean sprouts in boiling water, then cool them.
Blanch the chives in boiling water, then chop them into small pieces.
Combine the soybean sprouts and chives in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sesame salt, and perilla powder to the bowl.
Mix everything well by hand until evenly coated.
