INGREDIENTES

- 1/2 can spam
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2.5 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of sesame seeds
- Pinch of seaweed flakes
PASOS
Cut spam into cubes and slice onion thinly. Beat the eggs and set aside.
Pan-fry the spam cubes until golden brown.
In a pan, combine onion, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and black pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Prepare scrambled eggs by cooking beaten eggs in a lightly oiled pan over low heat, stirring gently.
Assemble the dish by layering rice, scrambled eggs, thickened onion sauce, and fried spam cubes in a bowl.
Drizzle mayonnaise over the top and garnish with sesame seeds, black pepper, and seaweed flakes.
