INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 can spam
- 1 bunch perilla leaves
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Wash the perilla leaves under running water and remove the stems.
Cut 1/2 can of spam into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan with oil and cook the spam until golden brown.
Place 2 cups of cooked rice in a mixing bowl and add the seasonings. Adjust soy sauce to taste and mix thoroughly.
Lay a perilla leaf flat, place a small portion of rice on top, flatten slightly, and add a piece of spam.
Fold the sides of the perilla leaf over the filling, then tuck the bottom part to secure the wrap.
Arrange the wraps neatly in a lunchbox.
