INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Protein
- 1 small can of spam
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Slice the potatoes into medium-thick matchsticks and rinse them once in cold water. Drain the water and set aside.
Cut the spam into matchsticks similar in size to the potatoes.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan, add the drained potato matchsticks, and season with salt. Stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute.
Slice the onion into medium-thick pieces and add to the pan. Stir-fry with the potatoes on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add the spam matchsticks, lower the heat to medium, and stir gently for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly and turn off the heat. Let the dish sit in the pan for 2–3 minutes before serving.
