INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 1 can spam
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Mix the seasoning ingredients: gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water in a bowl.
Slice the onion thinly and prepare tofu by cutting it into 1–1.5cm thick slices.
Slice the spam into similar thickness as the tofu.
Layer the onion slices at the bottom of a pan, then alternate tofu and spam slices on top.
Pour the prepared seasoning evenly over the tofu and spam.
Cover the pan and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover and spoon the sauce over the tofu and spam while simmering until the liquid reduces by half.
Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
