- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seaweed flakes
- 200g spam
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup kimchi
PASOS
Mix cooked rice with sesame oil, roasted salt, sesame seeds, and seaweed flakes.
Drain the oil from canned tuna and mix with mayonnaise.
Pan-fry spam slices until golden and crispy.
Stir-fry kimchi with oligosaccharide until slightly caramelized.
Shape rice into flat, round patties to resemble burger buns.
Layer tuna mayo, stir-fried kimchi, and a slice of spam on one rice patty.
