INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 250g pork (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🥒 3 cucumbers
- 1 red chili
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Marinate the pork with minced garlic, ground pepper, soy sauce, and sugar. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the cucumbers into thirds, peel them, remove the seeds, and slice thinly. Sprinkle salt and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Rinse the cucumbers with cold water and squeeze out as much water as possible.
Slice the red chili thinly after removing the seeds.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork until fully cooked.
Add the cucumbers and red chili to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Transfer to a large plate or tray and let it cool before serving.
