INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 300g radish, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp allulose
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Optional Ingredients
- A pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Chop the green onion and thinly slice the radish.
In a bowl, mix the sliced radish with 1 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp allulose. Let it sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
Rinse the marinated radish twice under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix the marinated radish with the seasoning ingredients until evenly coated.
Spread rice in a bowl, top with seasoned radish, a fried egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
