INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🌱 250g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/3 stalk white part of green onion
Boiling Ingredients
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧂 3 tsp salt
PASOS
Finely chop the white part of the green onion.
Clean the bean sprouts by removing the husks and washing them thoroughly under running water.
Boil 1 cup of water in a pot, add 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp cooking oil, then add the cleaned bean sprouts. Cover the pot and boil for 3 minutes.
After boiling, let the bean sprouts sit with the lid on for 30 seconds to 1 minute before opening the lid.
Drain the boiled bean sprouts and rinse them once in cold water. Let them dry completely in a colander.
Place the bean sprouts and chopped green onion in a mixing bowl.
Add the red pepper powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt to the bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Mix thoroughly until the bean sprouts are evenly coated with the seasoning.
