INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐄 150g beef (thinly sliced)
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 2 green chilies
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A dash of black pepper
Broth
- Enough anchovy stock to cover mushrooms
PASOS
Mix gochujang, doenjang, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili powder, sugar, mirin, and black pepper to create the seasoning paste.
Tear oyster mushrooms into smaller pieces and slice king oyster mushrooms lengthwise.
Layer king oyster mushrooms at the bottom of a pot and place oyster mushrooms on top.
Pour anchovy stock into the pot until mushrooms are slightly submerged and bring to a boil.
Add 2/3 of the seasoning paste to the pot and boil vigorously.
Mix the remaining seasoning paste with the beef slices.
Once the broth is boiling, add the seasoned beef to the pot and stir gently to prevent clumping.
Top the dish with sliced green chilies and green onions, then serve hot.
