INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 540g potatoes
- 💧 1.5 cups water
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, and soak them in cold water to remove starch. Drain and dry them.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to prepare the braising sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and add the dried potatoes. Stir-fry until the surface becomes translucent.
Pour water into the pan.
Add the prepared braising sauce to the pan.
Simmer on medium-low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked and tender.
Reduce the sauce until slightly thickened, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve.
