INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g pork loin
Vegetables
- 1 paprika
- 🥦 1 handful broccoli
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1 onion
Condiments
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 5 tbsp chili oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Cut pork loin into bite-sized pieces and marinate with a pinch of ginger powder, 2 tbsp chili oil, and ground pepper for 10 minutes.
Blanch broccoli in hot water, mince garlic and onion, and cut paprika into 3cm cubes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp cornstarch, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, a pinch of pepper, and 1/2 cup water.
Coat marinated pork pieces lightly with cornstarch on both sides.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the pork until crispy.
In a heated pan, add chili oil, minced garlic, and onion. Stir-fry on low heat for 30 seconds.
Add the prepared sauce and simmer on medium heat for 1 minute while stirring.
Add the fried pork and paprika to the pan.
Mix well until the sauce is fully absorbed, then turn off the heat.
