- Generous amount of vegetable oil
- 200g ground pork
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp coarse chili powder
- 1 tbsp fine chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 paper cup of water
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/4 zucchini, julienned
- 1 cabbage leaf, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, julienned
- 1 stalk green onion, julienned
- 2 servings frozen Chinese noodles
PASOS
Julienne zucchini, cabbage, onion, and green onion. Slice a small portion of green onion for garnish.
Heat a pan with a generous amount of vegetable oil and add green onion to make green onion oil.
Add ground pork to the green onion oil and stir-fry until cooked.
Add soybean paste, coarse chili powder, and fine chili powder to the pork and stir-fry to combine.
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, gochujang, water, salt, and pepper to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
Add julienned zucchini, cabbage, and onion to the pan and stir-fry until vegetables are slightly wilted.
Boil frozen Chinese noodles, drain, and place them in serving bowls.
Top the noodles with the stir-fried pork and vegetables. Garnish with sliced green onion.
