INGREDIENTES

- 4 sheets fish cake
- 1 bowl diced radish
- 🧅 2 chopped green onions
- 1–2 chopped chili peppers
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
PASOS
Prepare anchovy broth by boiling 1.5 liters of water with anchovies.
While the broth is simmering, dice the radish and finely chop green onions and chili peppers.
Cut fish cake into bite-sized pieces and briefly soak in hot water.
Once the broth is ready, remove the anchovies and add the diced radish. Let it boil.
Add the soaked fish cake to the boiling broth.
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, chopped green onions, and chili peppers. Simmer for a few more minutes.
