INGREDIENTES
Eggs
- 🥚 10 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, thickly sliced
- 3 green chilies, roughly chopped
- 🧄 A small amount of scallions or green onions
Broth
- 1.5 cups anchovy stock
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
PASOS
Mix 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp vinegar in water and boil eggs for 7-8 minutes to make soft-boiled eggs.
While eggs are boiling, slice onion thickly and chop green chilies into large pieces.
Peel the eggs cleanly after cooling them in ice water.
Mix all seasonings except sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl. Adjust sugar and corn syrup to taste.
Add anchovy stock to a pot and dissolve the seasoning mixture. Bring it to a boil.
Add sliced onion and chopped green chilies to the boiling stock and cook until softened.
Add peeled soft-boiled eggs to the pot and simmer for 2 minutes, spooning sauce over the eggs to coat them.
Finish by adding 2 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Garnish with scallions.
