INGREDIENTES

- 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 pack pea sprouts
Dairy
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of chili powder
Seasoning for Pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice the carrot diagonally and cut into matchsticks. Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut into thirds.
Place the pork in a bowl, season with sake, salt, and pepper, and massage the seasoning into the meat.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the carrot, pea sprouts, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry briefly. Tear the melting cheese into pieces and place on top. Sprinkle chili powder, cover with a lid, and steam for 2 minutes.
