INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 400g pork shoulder
- 🥔 3 potatoes, diced
- 🧅 1 onion, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 🥒 1 zucchini, diced
- 3 green chilies, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Dice the pork, potatoes, zucchini, and onion. Layer them at the bottom of a wide pot.
Slice the green chilies and carrot, then layer them on top of the other ingredients in the pot.
Add gochujang, sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and chili powder to the pot.
Drizzle 3 tbsp of cooking oil and stir-fry the mixture on high heat for 5 minutes to prevent sticking.
Add 0.5 cup of water and simmer for about 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
