INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🍗 2 bone-in chicken thighs (760g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
PASOS
Make cuts along the bone of the chicken thighs and pierce both sides with a fork.
Place the chicken and seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag, massage to combine, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the chicken skin-side up, and reserve the marinade. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the tray, brush the chicken with the reserved marinade, and bake again at 200°C for another 20 minutes.
