INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 120g fettuccine pasta
- 💧 1.5L water
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
Seafood
- 🍤 100g shrimp
- 🐚 100g clam meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking Liquids
- 💧 500ml water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Slice the onion into 0.5cm pieces and chop the green onion into 4–5cm lengths.
Boil 1.5L water with 1 tbsp salt. Add fettuccine and cook for 7–8 minutes.
Heat a pan on high for 4 minutes, add 2 tbsp oil, and sauté onion until slightly browned for 3 minutes.
Add chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat.
Add shrimp and clam meat, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour 500ml water into the pan and bring to a boil.
Add cooked fettuccine and simmer briefly.
Add green onion and simmer again until fully cooked.
