INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- Adequate amount of grape seed oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Thinly slice 4 potatoes.
Heat a pan and generously add grape seed oil.
Pan-fry the potato slices until golden and crispy.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, red pepper powder, sugar, water, rice wine, minced garlic, perilla oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the fried potatoes.
Simmer the potatoes with the sauce until fully coated and slightly caramelized.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
