- 🍤 80g peeled shrimp

- 🥒 2 cucumbers
Spicy Sauce
- 🧅 3cm minced green onion
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the shrimp until they turn pink. Drain the water.
Rub cucumbers with a pinch of salt, rinse, and cut off the ends. Smash them with a rolling pin into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop the green onion.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl, then add shrimp and cucumbers. Toss to combine.
