INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 7-8 shrimp, cleaned
- 50g glass noodles
- 🥦 1/4 cup boiled broccoli
- 🥕 20g sliced carrot
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp ketchup
- 0.5 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of sesame seeds
- a pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
PASOS
Prepare the shrimp by cleaning and removing the shell, tail, and vein. Pat dry.
Slice the carrot and chop the green onion.
Soak the glass noodles in water for 10 minutes, then boil for 5 minutes. Drain and cut into shorter lengths.
Heat a pan and add chili oil. Stir-fry the green onion until fragrant, then add carrot and stir-fry.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, and cooking wine to the pan. Stir well.
Pour in water and add gochujang, ketchup, chili powder, and corn syrup. Simmer until thickened.
Add the glass noodles and stir to coat evenly with the sauce.
Add shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Add boiled broccoli and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
