INGREDIENTES
Broth
- 1.5L anchovy stock
Seafood
- 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 200g radish, sliced
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- A small amount of green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp tuna sauce
PASOS
Prepare 1.5L anchovy stock by boiling anchovies and kelp.
Slice 200g radish into quarters and thin pieces.
Clean and slice 1 squid into bite-sized pieces.
Slice a small amount of green onion and 1 chili pepper diagonally.
Add radish slices to the stock and boil until partially cooked.
Add squid slices to the stock and cook until tender.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, tuna sauce, and red chili powder to the soup.
Add a handful of bean sprouts to the soup and boil.
Once the bean sprouts soften, add green onion and chili pepper, and boil for 5 more minutes.
