INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 150g yam, halved and sliced
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
PASOS
Cut the yam into half-moon slices, thinly slice the green onion, and garlic.
In a bowl, mix the beef with sake, salt, and pepper. Massage in cornstarch.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic and chili, and cook until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
Add yam and green onion, stir-fry until the onion softens. Add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
