INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 6 garlic sprouts, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Trim the ends of garlic sprouts and cut them into 3cm pieces. Remove the stem and seeds of the red bell pepper and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add garlic sprouts and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasonings and stir until well combined.
