INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 120g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Condiments
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil & Spice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
PASOS
Separate broccoli into small florets and cut larger pieces in half. Place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water and a pinch of salt, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Slice boiled octopus diagonally into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat olive oil and chili in a frying pan. Add broccoli, octopus, and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat. Add anchovy paste and pepper, then mix well.
