INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (thigh)
Vegetables
- 🥔 6 small new potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
PASOS
Cut the new potatoes in half with the skin on, soak in water, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until cooked.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the microwaved potatoes and stir-fry until coated with oil. Then, add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry together.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
