INGREDIENTES

- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🎃 1/8 piece pumpkin
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 chili, deseeded and halved
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥢 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
PASOS
Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices after halving it.
Mince the garlic and deseed the chili, cutting it in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add garlic and chili. Stir until fragrant, then add pumpkin and cook until tender.
Add the octopus and stir briefly. Mix in the seasonings and stir-fry until evenly coated.
