INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 200g ground pork
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥕 50g julienned carrot
- 1/3 bunch chives
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- to taste white sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 50ml water
PASOS
Julienne the carrot and cut the chives into 3cm pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
Boil water in a frying pan, cook the vermicelli for 2 minutes, and drain.
Wipe the frying pan dry, heat sesame oil over medium heat, and stir-fry ground pork with grated ginger until the pork changes color.
Add bean sprouts, carrot, and chives, stir-fry briefly, then add the vermicelli and mix until the oil coats everything.
Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and everything is well combined.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
