INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 300g sliced pork for stir-fry
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers or paprika, sliced
- 2 green chili peppers, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
PASOS
Mix the sliced pork with 2 tbsp potato starch in a bowl.
Slice all vegetables (bell peppers, chili peppers, onion) into thin strips.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the pork until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add vegetable oil and chili oil to the pan, then sauté minced garlic. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Return the cooked pork to the pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Serve on a plate, optionally drizzle with chili oil or sesame oil. Pair with steamed buns for a complete dish.
