- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- Pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Clean the squid thoroughly, remove the skin and suction cups, score it, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Mix cooking wine, soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, red pepper paste, red pepper flakes, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Place the vegetables and squid in a large bowl, then pour the sauce over them.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly to combine the sauce with the squid and vegetables.
Heat a pan with a little oil over high heat, then stir-fry the ingredients for 4–5 minutes.
Transfer the stir-fried squid to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
