- 🦑 4 whole squids
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 🧅 10 spring onions, chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Dice the onion, slice the carrot into half-moon shapes, and chop the spring onions into 5 cm pieces.
Chop the green chilies finely.
Clean and cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Dry stir-fry the squid over high heat without oil to prevent excess moisture.
Add the onion and carrot to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the spring onions and green chilies to the pan.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly.
