INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 cleaned squids
- 3-4 green chilies
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp red chili powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASOS
Prepare the squid by cleaning and making diagonal cuts on its surface for better seasoning absorption.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and slice the green chilies and green onion (white part finely, green part into 5 cm strips).
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a deep pan over high heat and sauté the white part of the green onion to make fragrant green onion oil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until its color changes slightly.
Pour the prepared marinade into the pan and stir-fry over high heat until well combined.
Add the green chilies and green onion strips to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Create a small space in the center of the pan, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, and mix quickly to enhance the smoky flavor.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
