INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Noodles
- 50g vermicelli
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 150ml water
PASOS
Slice bell peppers into thin strips and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chili, water) and mix well. Push the ingredients to the side and add vermicelli, mixing lightly. Cover and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
Remove the lid, increase to medium heat, and stir-fry to evaporate excess liquid. Add sesame oil and mix well.
