INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 2 finger-lengths green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
In a bowl, mix the seasonings and finely chop the green onion. Optionally, add chili peppers for extra spice.
Add the chopped green onion to the seasoning mixture.
Add the sliced onion to the bowl.
Mix the ingredients together for the first time.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Add the cucumber to the bowl.
Mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish and enjoy.
