INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 200g jjolmyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 🥕 1 small carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1 small cucumber, julienned
Egg
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soda
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 tbsp minced green onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Mix all seasoning ingredients together and let them sit to develop flavors.
Prepare vegetables by julienning the carrot and cucumber, boiling the eggs, and blanching the bean sprouts.
Boil jjolmyeon noodles in rapidly boiling water until they are cooked but chewy.
Rinse the noodles in cold water immediately after boiling to stop cooking and remove excess starch.
Combine the noodles, vegetables, and sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
