INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 80g ground pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetable
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 bunch chives
Condiments
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Liquid
- 500ml water
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
PASOS
Cut the tomato into wedges, slice the chives into 3cm pieces, and thinly slice the garlic after removing its core.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pot until fragrant, then add ground pork and cook until browned. Stir in doubanjiang and chili flakes.
Add water, cooking sake, and chicken stock powder. Bring to a light boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add salt and mix well. Stir in the tomato and cook for 1 minute. Crack eggs into the pot, cover, and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Add chives and warm through.
