INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 200g tofu noodles
- 150g canned tuna
- 🍅 250g tomato puree
- 2 anchovies
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp crushed pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Optional parsley garnish
PASOS
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Chop the anchovies finely.
Drain the canned tuna to remove excess oil.
Heat a pan and add olive oil, garlic, onion, and crushed pepper flakes. Sauté on low heat.
Add the anchovies and tuna to the pan and stir-fry until combined.
Pour in the tomato puree and sprinkle dried oregano. Stir well.
Add the tofu noodles and stir-fry until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with parsley or chervil if desired.
