INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 can spicy tuna (100g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- A small amount of green onion, chopped
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Chop 1/4 onion and a small amount of green onion. Prepare 1 can of spicy tuna.
In a small pot or pan, combine ketchup, gochujang, sugar, and chili powder.
Add the spicy tuna, chopped onion, and green onion to the pot and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and mix well with the other ingredients.
Top the rice mixture with mozzarella cheese and cover the pot. Cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle seaweed flakes on top and serve hot.
