INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Tuna
- 🐟 1 can spicy tuna
Seaweed
- Seaweed sheets as needed
Rice Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Tuna Mayo Seasoning
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix rice with gochujang, sugar, and sesame oil until evenly combined.
Drain oil from the spicy tuna using a sieve.
Combine drained tuna with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
Place 3 tbsp of seasoned rice on plastic wrap and flatten it.
Add 1 tbsp of tuna mayo mixture on top of the rice.
Wrap the rice and tuna mixture with the plastic wrap and shape into a triangle.
Attach seaweed sheets to the rice ball for decoration and flavor.
