- 🥬 150g spinach
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧈 20g butter
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
Seasoning for Eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
PASOS
Wash the spinach thoroughly under running water and drain.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk well.
Heat a pan with olive oil, pour in the egg mixture, and stir vigorously with chopsticks to create soft scrambled eggs. Cook until 80% done.
Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the washed spinach to the pan, season with a pinch of salt, and stir-fry until the spinach wilts.
Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately.
