INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 4 wonton wrappers
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400ml water
PASOS
Trim the spinach roots and make a cross-cut at the base. Wash the leaves and roots thoroughly. Cut into 4cm pieces. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, slice the caps thinly, and shred the stems.
Cut the wonton wrappers into quarters.
In a pot, bring 100ml of water to a boil. Add the spinach, cover, and steam on medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the lid and cook until wilted. Drain, rinse with cold water, and squeeze out excess water.
In the same pot, add the seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and 400ml water) and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the shiitake mushrooms and wonton wrappers, and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Add the spinach and drizzle with sesame oil.
