Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Wrap spinach in plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out excess water, and cut into 3cm pieces. Cut the tomato into 8 wedges.

Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a container. Add spinach, tomato, and tuna, then mix well.
