INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1.5 handfuls of spinach
- 🧄 8 cloves of garlic
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon
- 🧂 A pinch of salt

PASOS
Wash the spinach and cut large leaves into big pieces. Slice garlic thinly and cut bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil generously in a pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown.
Add bacon (or ham) to the pan and season lightly with salt. Stir-fry until golden.
Add the prepared spinach to the pan and stir-fry quickly until it wilts.
