INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥬 2-3 bunches spinach
- 🍚 2-3 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 pieces kombu
- 5-6 dried shrimp
- 5-6 dried anchovies
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
PASOS
Boil 5-6 dried anchovies, 5-6 dried shrimp, and 2 pieces of kombu in water for at least 5 minutes to make broth. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Chop 2-3 bunches of spinach into small pieces.
Beat 1 egg in a bowl.
Strain the broth to remove solids, then add 2-3 cups of cooked rice and simmer until the rice softens. Add more water if needed.
Once the rice is softened, add the chopped spinach and cook briefly. Pour in the beaten egg while stirring continuously, then turn off the heat.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds on top.
Garnish with crushed roasted seaweed before serving.
