- 1 tbsp chili powder

PASOS
Trim the spring cabbage, blanch the outer leaves in boiling water for 40 seconds, rinse under cold water, and drain.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and soak to remove excess blood.
Chop the blanched cabbage finely and mix with soybean paste, minced garlic, chili powder, and sea salt.
Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Add the beef to cold water and boil for 20 minutes, skimming off any foam.
Add the seasoned cabbage mixture to the pot.
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the cabbage is fully cooked.
