INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 50g boiled bamboo shoot
- 1 shiitake mushroom
- 20g glass noodles
- 💧 400cc water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
PASOS
Cut bamboo shoot into 3mm sticks. Trim and slice shiitake mushroom into thin strips.
Heat a pot with water and seasonings (chicken stock powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper) over medium heat until boiling. Add bamboo shoot, shiitake, and glass noodles. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover, turn to medium heat, and add cornstarch slurry. Stir until the soup thickens.
Pour beaten egg into the soup and let it set gently. Turn off heat and stir in sesame oil.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
